Episode Summary

It’s time to give yourself permission to lead the life you desire. So many things that hold us back stem from permission within. Whether it’s fear, shame, or personal and societal expectations weighing on your shoulders, you do not have to let this keep you from asserting your desires for success. In this episode, I want to share some guiding tips for allowing yourself permission.
